FOA is launching a global training initiative in 2026 to train 600+ new participants with practical skills to fight antisemitism. The program will focus on communities outside the USA, UK, and Israel , with a strong emphasis on Central and South America and Arabic speaking countries . We are seeking motivated Project Managers to lead and deliver these programs locally and regionally. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Coordination Organize program schedules, timelines, and key dates Manage weekly training sessions from start to finish Ensure smooth delivery of all program activities Book lecturers from FOA’s existing lecturer list Identify, recruit, and coordinate new local lecturers in relevant languages Liaise with speakers to confirm sessions, topics, and logistics Participant Recruitment & Management Recruit participants through local outreach and marketing Manage participant communications and attendance Support participants throughout the program Onboard graduates into FOA’s wider Monitoring Department Coordinate post-program volunteer engagement and follow-up Budget & Reporting Manage local program budgets and expenses Submit regular progress reports and final program reports Organize and coordinate local marketing efforts Work with FOA to promote programs through digital and community channels Requirements Proven experience in project management , program coordination, or community programs Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment Fluency in local language(s) required (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic as relevant); English working proficiency Experience in education, NGOs, human rights, advocacy, or volunteer management is an advantage Strong alignment with FOA’s mission to combat antisemitism What We Offer Opportunity to lead an impactful global project Flexible, remote working environment Collaboration with an international team Meaningful role in building global capacity to fight antisemitism Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management, Advertising, and Business Development Industries Non-profit Organizations, Social Networking Platforms, and Education Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fighting Online Antisemitism (FOA) by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
