Sobre el rol

En PositiveIT buscamos una persona SSR / SR con experiencia comprobable en HubSpot Marketing Hub, para sumarse a proyectos de experiencia y growth, con foco en la implementación, configuración y optimización de estrategias de marketing automation.

La persona seleccionada trabajará sobre HubSpot CRM o similares como base de datos, utilizando Marketing Hub para diseñar campañas, automatizaciones y procesos que generen impacto real en el negocio de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

Diseñar, implementar y optimizar workflows, automatizaciones y campañas en HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Gestionar segmentación, listas, propiedades y lifecycle stages dentro de HubSpot CRM o similares.

Ejecutar y optimizar campañas de email marketing y lead nurturing.

Configurar reportes y dashboards para medir performance e impacto de las acciones.

Proponer mejoras continuas sobre procesos de marketing automation y experiencia del cliente.

Colaborar con equipos internos y clientes, entendiendo necesidades reales y transformándolas en soluciones escalables.

Requisitos

Experiencia sólida trabajando con HubSpot CRM o similares (excluyente).

Dominio de HubSpot Marketing Hub: workflows, campañas, automatizaciones y reporting.

Experiencia en proyectos de marketing automation / experiencia de marketing.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con foco en resultados.

Seniority SSR / SR.

Valoramos

Experiencia en proyectos con clientes con metodologías agiles.

Conocimiento en otros Hubs (Sales Hub y Service Hub)

Mirada estratégica del funnel de marketing y del customer journey.

Buen criterio para la toma de decisiones funcionales dentro de HubSpot.

Experiencia en entornos dinámicos y orientados a impacto.
