Desde ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Tech Vetting Lead para sumarse al equipo de una importante empresa de software.

Jornada laboral: Full-Time

Modalidad de trabajo: Remoto, con posibilidad de reuniones presenciales trimestrales en San Francisco (Córdoba)

Misión del Puesto: liderar de forma integral el nuevo servicio de Tech Vetting, definiendo procesos desde cero y garantizando su calidad y escalabilidad.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y gestionar todo el flujo operativo: desde que ingresa una venta hasta la entrega final del informe técnico.
  • Desarrollar, administrar y mantener una red sólida de validadores técnicos por stack, asegurando disponibilidad suficiente.
  • Coordinar y llevar un control del flujo diario del servicio: asignación de validadores, agenda de entrevistas técnicas, reprogramaciones, tiempos de entrega y performance.
  • Revisar los informes técnicos antes de ser enviados al cliente garantizando la consistencia y claridad. Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de validación y entrega de informes.
  • Capacitar a los validadores actuales y dar feedback continuo para mejorar la calidad de las entrevistas. Realizar el onboarding de nuevos validadores.
  • Reportar indicadores clave y proponer mejoras continuas del proceso.


Requisitos
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos técnicos, preferentemente dentro de empresas de staffing, consultoras tech o edtech.
  • Experiencia diseñando procesos.
  • Dominio de Notion o herramientas similares de documentación y gestión de procesos.
  • Inglés: dominio intermedio-avanzado.
  • Residir en Argentina, preferentemente en el interior del país.
