Job DescriptionProject Management Professional with specialization in Information Technology (IT). Support project delivery, communication, and coordination across multiple technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Spanish], highly organized, and brings over 5 years of experience in IT project environments. A PMP certification is preferred. Will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. This is a contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources across multiple teams.
- Track progress and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in risk management, issue tracking, and change management processes.
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, requirements, and logs.
- Support budget tracking and vendor coordination.
- Ensure communication across bilingual teams and facilitate translation when needed.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align project work with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Managementor or similar role in an IT environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
