Position: FP&A Consultant

Location: CABA - Hybrid

Salary Range: USD

Working hours: Aligned with EST

Overview:

Are you a talented problem solver with a sharp financial mind? We're looking for passionate individuals to join one of our client's FP&A Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming the financial journey of their clients As part of their team, you'll partner with clients throughout their onboarding journey, diving deep into their existing financial models and processes.


If you have experience working in fast-paced startup environments, this role is for you.

You'll thrive here if you enjoy building structure out of ambiguity, scaling financial operations, and collaborating cross-functionally with growth-minded teams.

Your mission? To elevate and optimize financial systems by implementing a cutting-edge financial planning platform — empowering clients to master the new tool with confidence.

You'll integrate ERP systems, data warehouses, and sophisticated financial models while working closely with management teams to understand and future-proof their business needs.

Ultimately, you'll help establish this platform as their go-to, end-to-end solution for financial planning and analysis.

Additionally, you'll serve as a
cross-functional partner
, sharing insights that drive innovation across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly integrate new clients' data and systems into the platform.
  • Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes.
  • Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into experts.
  • Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features.
  • Work in dynamic environments with startup clients, understanding their financial challenges and growth drivers.

Qualifications:

  • At least
    2 years of experience of FP&A
    , broader Finance or consulting experience.
  • Experience
    building financial models for the three financial statements from scratch
    .
  • Experience working in
    client facing roles
  • Hands-on experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results.
  • Proficiency in Excel:
    experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with the platform
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
  • Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
  • Proficiency in
    English and Spanish
    (spoken and written).
