In this role, you will work on building production-quality Python applications, designing and maintaining robust REST APIs, and integrating AI and LLM-based capabilities into real-world solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while also having the autonomy to research, experiment, and apply modern AI tools and frameworks to solve complex business problems. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about problem-solving, AI-driven development, and continuous learning, and who are motivated to push themselves while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. In this role, youll get to: - Develop production-quality Python applications. - Design and maintain REST APIs with validation and configuration using Pydantic. - Integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications. - Optimize the use of LLMs, including prompt engineering and model selection. - Research and adapt to new AI tools and frameworks. - Work autonomously in an agile and dynamic environment. - Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI. We are looking for you if you: - Have 5+ years of experience developing applications with Python. - Have experience working with production systems and advanced debugging. - Have solid knowledge of LLMs and their application (prompt engineering, model optimization). - Have experience with REST APIs and the use of Pydantic. - Have experience with frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI. - Have experience with AWS. - Are fluent in English (direct communication with the client). - Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. - Are based in LATAM We are looking for you if you: - Knowledge of FastAPI. - Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. - Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog. - Contributions to open-source projects related to AI.
