As a Prompt Engineer / AI Interaction Designer, youll work across multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate progress transparently. Job Summary Join a cutting-edge AI team where you will design and optimize how humans interact with large language models. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting effective prompts and shaping intelligent, natural AI behavior. Responsibilities Design, test, and optimize high-performing prompts across LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude.ai, Gemini). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-human interaction and overall user experience. Implement and refine prompt templates using LangChain, few-shot techniques, and chain-of-thought strategies. Use JSON and basic Python to test prompts, evaluate responses, and validate functionality. Experiment hands-on with LLM tools and APIs to continuously refine prompt effectiveness. Attend meetings reliably, maintaining strong communication with distributed teams. Requirements English proficiency B2+ (written and spoken). 4+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer / AI Interaction Designer. Strong punctuality and reliability for meetings. Deep familiarity with OpenAI Playground/API, Claude.ai, and Gemini Studio. Understanding of prompt engineering frameworks and techniques (LangChain templates, few-shot, chain of thought). Basic Python skills for API testing and working with JSON. Nice to Have Experience with A/B experimentation tools (Weights & Biases, Evals, etc.). Background in UX writing, computational linguistics, or NLU. Experience integrating memory or managing dynamic context in prompt pipelines.
