📍 Argentina – Full-time | Híbrida (CABA) Desde 5411 Hub para importante Proyecto Regional LATAM (CRM & Campañas de Marketing) buscamos un Customer Success Manager. 👥 Sobre el rol:Serás el nexo principal con el cliente en Argentina y Uruguay, coordinando las necesidades locales y asegurando que cada acción se ejecute de forma efectiva desde el hub regional. Trabajarás en contacto directo con el Delivery Manager regional y con equipos internacionales para garantizar el delivery de campañas y acciones de engagement en diversos canales. 🎯 Responsabilidades principales: Actuar como referente de marca para los mercados de Argentina y Uruguay.Comprender las necesidades del cliente y garantizar la entrega oportuna de campañas de CRM, mailings y acciones de comunicación.Alinear la estrategia local con el plan regional, acompañando iniciativas comerciales y de animación.Diseñar y mantener actualizada la hoja de ruta de campañas (mensual, trimestral, anual).Compartir mejores prácticas y coordinar con otros mercados para fortalecer la estrategia.Colaborar estrechamente con el Delivery Manager del hub regional (con base en Bogotá) y con otros equipos internacionales (como Manila) cuando sea necesario. 🔎 Requisitos: Experiencia previa como Success Manager o en roles similares.Sólidos conocimientos en CRM y marketing relacional.Experiencia en gestión de campañas de comunicación digital.Conocimiento de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Inglés avanzado (excluyente).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y colaboración. 💼 Condiciones: Contratación full-time.Modalidad hibrida CABA
