We are looking for an Ssr. Creative strategist, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering the B2B marketing world. For this hybrid position, we are looking for someone with experience in a marketing agency. A person who can work with different strategists: from digital to physical strategists, events, and activations, handling different projects at the same time, coordinating with the teams (PMs, design, content) different projects, and looking for the best way to carry out a strategy. An autonomous, decisive, proactive person with leadership and teamwork skills.

**Work Requirements**: Experience creating, interpreting, and analyzing data reports, focusing on data visualization, insight generation, and story-telling. Generate clear ideas and concepts with the creative copywriters and creative strategy team. Understand marketing initiatives and goals, strategic positioning, and target audience. Lead and empower the copy and design teams according to the strategic needs of the business. Promote innovation and creativity through collaborative work between teams. Manage the flow of daily requirements and plan with a short and medium-term vision Present completed ideas to clients/team members. Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices. Background: 2 or + years of agency experience (must) Marketing Strategy & Planning studies & work experience (Must) Advanced + in Esp + Eng (Must) Portuguese (is a +)
