**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Creative Strategist**

Reports to: Cross Funcional Manager

**OBJECTIVES**
- Strategically solve brand challenges through the creative use of our partner's digital advertising solutions.
- Develop customized ad solutions for agencies and brands.
- As a creative strategist, you'll leverage your strategic and creative thinking to bring ideas to life. You'll collaborate with top-tier clients, creative agencies and internal partners to create work that not only has commercial impact for our clients, but can inspire thousands of businesses around the world.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Continually inspire our clients and partners by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising, contributing to their success.
- Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities
- Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help companies connect with people in meaningful ways.
- Partner with other creative strategists on the team, sales, product, engineering, product, and external agency partners to make your ideas and their shine on our partner platforms
- Be a thought leader on how mobile technology is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing
- Have a strong passion for understanding people and a deep desire to discover new consumer behaviors across multiple industries and platforms.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of experience as creative
- Experience delivering creative work on projects.
- Communication skills, experience responding to briefs creatively, presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders
- Experience developing creative ideas, strategically informed, applied in mobile, digital and offline media.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
- Proven experience in bringing an idea to life on a whiteboard or presentation, to inspire and influence high-level clients

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Have a mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first space
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Facebook’s family platforms and their portfolio of products
- Creatively active on social platforms.
- Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Keynote, etc.)
