Service Management Support
Desde CYS informática nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Soporte de gestión de servicios con al menos 5 años de experiência comprobable en el puesto. Buscamos graduados o estudiantes avanzados de las carreras de sistemas, informática, ingeniería o afines.

Descripción de Tareas:
- Responsable de gestionar escalamientos desde Service Desk y Yammer durante el horario laboral de EE.UU.
- Desarrollar y mejorar los procesos de Service Desk a través de un enfoque basado en datos.
- Coordinar el cronograma y la introducción de todos los nuevos elementos del alcance de la Mesa de Servicio.
- Coordinar las fases de descubrimiento, planificación, implementación y evaluación de preparación para los nuevos elementos/proyectos del alcance de la mesa de servicio.
- Apoyar la entrega de proyectos de Continuidad de Negocios de ISA.
- Administre las licencias de software y el costo respectivo para garantizar un cobro adecuado.

- Troubleshooting experience
- Networking, Hardware, and cloud technologies
Skills deseados (no mandatorios):
- Azure / AWS / Google cloud knowledge or certification
- ITIL V4 Foundation certified
Modalidad
- Home Office (posición 100% remota)
- Lugar de trabajo post pandemia: CABA (microcentro)
- Lunes a viernes de 9 a 18hs
