Dow tiene una oportunidad como Operador(a) localizado en Bahia Blanca, Argentina. Opera equipo asignado o áreas de la Planta. Realiza e informa sobre las actividades relacionadas con operaciones por una lista de tareas. Trabaja con conocimiento y experiência, para operar de manera proactiva la planta de una manera segura, confiable y óptima. Utiliza un tiempo discrecional para permitir resultados de rendimiento sustentable para la instalación.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Hace cambios en equipos de proceso con parámetros normales de operaciones para obtener la performance de los objetivos de la planta- Emite claras y concisas requisiciones de trabajo alineadas con el criterio requerido de agregado de valor.- Usar habilidades de resolver problemas, conocimientos y recursos (guías/procedimientos, metodologías de causa y efecto, etc.) Para resolver desviaciones relacionadas al proceso y problemas.- Aplica principios de organización de alta confiabilidad: Identificar tendencias y anticipar impactos, no generalizar, esperar lo inesperado, comprometerse y aplicar experiência y comisión al esclarecimiento.- Prepara equipos para la rotación a compañeros expertos de acuerdo a los estándares de EH&S y la disciplina operativa de la planta.- Comunica las actividades en forma efectiva, oportunidades y problemas detectados para facilitar las políticas de comunicación y herramientas

Requisitos:
- Experiência en la industria.- Secundario Completo.- Español fluente.

Deseado:
- Tecnicatura industrial.
