**What’s an Affiliate Manager?**
An Affiliate Manager manages relationships with “affiliates” - individuals or companies that help promote our clients' products or services through digital channels to generate leads. The goal is to build effective partnerships and support affiliates in driving quality leads, all while ensuring alignment with client needs. As the Affiliate Manager, you’ll set up campaigns, monitor performance, and use data insights to optimize results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage partnerships with affiliates to drive lead generation for our clients.
- Set up and oversee digital campaigns, including pay-per-lead and pay-per-call programs.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Communicate regularly with affiliates to provide support, track progress, and enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic adjustments to campaigns.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
