Para una destacada empresa de servicios de IT y consultoría, especializada en Big Data con un enfoque particular en Streaming, estamos en la búsqueda de un Team Leader para el equipo de Reclutadores.

Título del Puesto: Recruiting Team Leader

Ubicación: Zona Norte (Vicente Lopez / Olivos) (Excluyente)

Modalidad: 100% presencial (Excluyente)

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (Excluyente)

**Responsabilidades**:
Como Recruiting Team Leader, liderarás nuestro equipo de reclutamiento para asegurar el talento adecuado se una a nuestra organización. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Desarrollar estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento para atraer profesionales calificados en Big Data y tecnologías relacionadas.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de vida del reclutamiento, desde la identificación de talento hasta la oferta de empleo.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con instituciones educativas y asociaciones profesionales para asegurar un flujo constante de talento.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en una carrera afín. (Excluyente)
- Experiência previa en reclutamiento, preferiblemente en el ámbito de Big Data o IT.
- Ingles Avanzado (excluyente).
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Remuneración Mixta (modalidad Contractor)
