ELEKS is looking for a Senior System Analyst in Buenos Aires.

**ABOUT CLIENT**:
Our client is a leading US health insurance company with over 25 million members. The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment
- Proven experience with waterfall and XP (Extreme Programming) methodologies
- Experience in developing technical specifications and detailed system designs
- Hands-on experience with integration of SaaS and COTS packages into existing systems
- Experience in creating operating procedures and user manuals for smooth operational transitions
- Proficiency in system analysis and design using tools like UML, ER diagrams, and process flow diagrams
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and system compatibility assessments
- Understanding of system infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage solutions
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data integration
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with issue tracking and problem resolution tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Experience in developing documentation, including technical manuals and knowledge databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create user manuals and documentation
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop detailed technical specifications and designs for waterfall/XP projects/system enhancements
- Support infrastructure first build with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Engineers
- Review, guide, troubleshoot and resolve contentious issues escalated during implementation
- Evaluate integration of SaaS/COTS packages to current environment
- Develop operating procedures and user manuals for transition into routine operations
- Enable building of knowledge databases for technology, solutions, and domain areas
- Continuously work on capturing and transferring tacit knowledge to vendors and knowledge management systems
