We are currently looking for** **Go**-To-Market Readiness Team Service **Lead** **to work with us.
**What you´ll do**:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our GTM Launch Readiness process, ensuring that products, solutions, sales policies, and programs are launched smoothly and effectively
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the GTM Readiness Team, aligning activities with overall organizational goals.-
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.-
- Develop and manage the GTM Launch Readiness team budget and resources.-
- Identify and prioritize key GTM projects, ensuring successful completion within timelines.-
- Drive continuous improvement of the GTM Launch Readiness process by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.**Project Management**:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for GTM initiatives, including requirements documents, design documents, risk assessments, timelines, budgets, and communication plans.-
- Assign tasks and manage workload for team members, ensuring efficient project execution.-
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.-
- Track and report on project metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.**Communication & Collaboration**:
- Develop and manage clear, concise, and audience-appropriate training materials on GTM tools and processes.-
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, keeping them informed of GTM initiatives and progress.-
- Maintain and update the GTM Readiness Team website with relevant content and resources.-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization.**Business Operations & Reporting**:
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the GTM Readiness Team.-
- Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and identify trends.-
- Generate reports summarizing GTM program performance and launch readiness metrics.-
- Participate in monthly launch review meetings and provide insightful executive summaries.**Necessary skills and experience **required**:
