**Sumate a MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group**
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a **Project Manager SAP** para incorporarse a un proyecto desafiante vinculado a una **migración de SAP ECC a S/4HANA**para una reconocida empresa del sector (cliente confidencial).

**Modalidad**: Modalidad Híbrida con amplia presencialidad -a confirmar
**Duración**: A largo plazo
**Carga** **horaria**: Full-time
**Contratación**: Freelance (tarifa por hora)

**Tu misión**:
Liderar y coordinar la ejecución de proyectos complejos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y presupuesto. Serás el nexo clave entre los equipos técnicos, funcionales y stakeholders del cliente, impulsando una gestión ágil, eficiente y orientada a resultados.

**Requisitos técnicos**:
+5 años de experiência como Project Manager IT
Experiência en proyectos de implementación y migración SAP (ECC y S/4HANA)
Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) y tradicionales (PMI)
Dominio de herramientas como Jira, MS Project, Trello
Experiência con equipos interdisciplinarios y entornos dinámicos
Conocimiento de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Gestión de métricas, KPIs y riesgos

**Responsabilidades clave**:
Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos complejos
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y comunicación con stakeholders
Gestionar tareas, cronogramas, recursos y riesgos
Garantizar entregables alineados a los objetivos del proyecto
Aplicar metodologías de gestión según el tipo de proyecto
Reportar avances y facilitar reuniones estratégicas
