**MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**: The Medical lead is responsible for assisting the Medical Director in the implementation of the medical/marketing programs at the county level, as well as for providing technical/medical support to other medical staff, other departments and external customers. - Provides guidance, training and advice on medical and scientific issues to internal (field force, marketing, commercial, multichannel) and external customers (medical population, investigators, regulatory authorities, etc.) - Collaborates to support marketing strategies of assigned products. - Support continuous medical education and identify areas of research that would capitalize on the strengths of the assigned products and further differentiate them from other agents. - Collaborates with the Country Medical Director to ensure coordination of promotional efforts at the country level. - Is actively involved in the development and review of pre-launch, launch and marketing programs of assigned products, including the creation of promotional materials. - Works with outside advisory groups to develop new approaches to studying and developing the products. - Provide the needed support in the organization of medical education events, maintain professional scientific relationships with external opinion leaders, and interact with health care professionals. - Coordinate MSL WORK Scientific support to HCP Support HCP in investigation field AMR programs Support other Pfizer Areas as HEOR **REQUIRED SKILL SET** **Technical**: - Knowledge of medical terms - Knowledge of local safety regulatory procedures - Information Technology - Fluency in English - Knowledge of the health system at country level. - Knowledge in project development. - Basic informatics tools **Managerial**: - Analysis and troubleshooting - Strategic vision - Innovation - Acts decisively - Create partnerships (Customer Focus) - Agility to change - Assumes responsibility - Planning and organization **Certifications**: - N/A **Education**: - Medical degree **Experience**: - Experience of more than 5 years in the industry and/or more 20 years of professional practice in the health field "En Pfizer tenemos el objetivo de ser tan diversos como los pacientes y las comunidades a las que servimos, a través de una cultura vibrante y enriquecida por la mezcla de nacionalidades, identidades, edades, géneros, experiências, tradiciones y capacidades.
