. **Responsibilities**: - Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow up - Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region. Close cooperation and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity Planner - Sub-region anchor point for: - streamlined resource management - global Planning & Scheduling project implementation - Material and resource analytics and performance driver - regular performance reporting to management **Qualifications**: - Experience in the wind industry - Civil Industrial Engineering, logistics, or a related career. - Leadership Skills - SAP intermediate-advanced level. (PM, MM, SD) - Salesforce intermediate-advanced level. - Advanced level Microsoft tools.
