Avenga is looking for highly skilled.NET**Lead Engineer to become an integral part of our team.
Our client is a market-leading deal sourcing platform tailored for the investment sector, enabling seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
As a.NET Lead Engineer, you will take an important role in shaping the technical direction of the project. You will lead a team of talented developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

- 5 + years of experience with.NET Core/Framework, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Core
- Experience with IdentityServer4, Mass Transit, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and monitoring tools like DataDog
- Front-end integration skills using Angular
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on delivering business value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder expectations
- English

**_This is your role_**
- Implement messaging and event-driven architectures with Mass Transit, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
- Participate in development streams for re-architecture and refactoring activities;
- Implement new functionality with care for users, and hope for future expansion and support
- Write code that will implement the expected desired behavior
- Expand the system without losing support for existing features
- Optimize system bottlenecks to reduce user dissatisfaction
- Lead and mentor a team of.NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence
