- **Experience in backend development** using **.NET**, with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in **.NET 8** and deep understanding of **SOLID** principles.
- Hands-on experience with **CQRS, Repository Pattern, and Unit of Work**.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL Server** for database management and optimization.
- Experience working with **OpenShift** for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with **Scrum methodology** and Agile best practices.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Experience with **Kibana (KQL)** for log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with **Jenkins** for CI/CD deployments.
- Proficiency with **GitHub** for version control and collaboration.
- **English level: Intermediate or higher**.
