**You’re a great fit if you**:
- Are **bilingual (English/Spanish)** and comfortable working with international teams (Portuguese is a plus)
- Have **3-4+ years of experience** leading small projects in consulting, finance, strategy, or leadership development
- Are passionate about **business strategy, leadership, project management, and consultative selling**:
- Hold an **outstanding degree** from a top university (MBA or similar a plus)
- Have strong **financial analysis skills** and are comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Have a **growth mindset** and are eager to **collaborate, innovate, and challenge ideas**:
- Are open to **traveling and working with clients across different industries and countries**:
- Love **facilitating engaging sessions** and coaching senior executives
- Have a natural ability to build relationships, drive results, and identify growth opportunities
**What You’ll Do at BTS**
- Engage with senior leaders in **top global organizations** to uncover key drivers of profitability and growth
- Facilitate **immersive, discovery-based learning experiences** that challenge the way leaders think and act
- Design and build **customized business simulations** alongside a team of creative, business-savvy consultants
- Lead small teams and contribute to **multiple projects across industries and regions**:
