Description
Clarity Cash is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to help shape and tell the story at scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute overall strategy and success of our marketing and communications program
- Understanding the funnel from consideration to trial to subscription. Launch new A/B tests, increase our conversion rate and reduce our CAC.
- Analyze data and collaborate cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and build a positioning for the brand that builds trust and confidence.
- Manage the marketing plan, budget, and establish goals and objectives for all marketing activity, and track results.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company marketing plans.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral, and all initiatives, represent value to enterprise customers, including podcasts, webinars, white papers, and case studies.
- Lead and Develop a World-class Marketing Team
- Create brand identity through data-driven consumer insights and testing

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- 7-10+ years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing (high preference for ad tech expertise)
- Demonstrated track record of improving CTR, lowering CAC and churn.
- Passion for Hyper-Growth and Startup Organizations
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Object oriented programming language experience a plus
