This is a **full-time remote role** for a **Bilingual Telesales Representative** at Community Sports Partners. The role involves conducting outbound calls, lead generation, maintaining effective communication with potential clients, and driving business development strategies. The main goal is selling sports fields to Hispanic clients. Our SDR will also promote products such as birthday parties and summer sports camps.

**Qualifications**
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
