**What this job involves**
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Facility Coordinator** to join our team:
- ** Location**: Puerto Madero, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- ** Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- ** Work model**: On site.
- ** Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.
**What is your day to day?**
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and operation of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, UPS, Fire Life Safety)
- Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders timely, ensure KPI compliance and customer service excellence
- Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and work requests; provide direction to vendors and staff
- Maintain and propose emergency response plans, including evacuation and after-hours response
- Comply with client contract requirements, meet/exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional service quality
- Coordinate site operations according to agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope
- Manage operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and purchasing
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve operational standards while ensuring accurate financial management
**Required**:
- 1 year of experience working with vendor coordination.
- Student of Enginering.
- Upper-Intermediatelevel of english.
- Prior experience in facilities, property management or related field preferred.
- Knowledgeable of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills; proficiency in english required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
