- Como Project Support, darás apoyo al seguimiento administrativo al pago de facturas en proyectos de PM de cliente corporativo con el fin de asegurarse de la gestión exitosa y continuidad de los procesos.
- **Principales tareas**:

- Tareas administrativas basadas en tareas administrativas en el pago de facturas gestión de proyectos de Facilities Management.
- Gestión alta y firma de contratos a proveedores.
- Ayuda con apoyo administrativo de seguimientos a los PM a cargo de los proyectos de la región.
- Preparar informes de clientes de rutina y especiales según sea necesario.
- Se pueden agregar otros.
- Requisitos:

- Formación académica Técnicos en Finanzas, Administración o Contaduría.
- A partir de 3 años de experiência en cargos similares (plus empresas multinacionales).
- Competencias Paquete Microsoft Office.
- Manejo de impuestos locales.
- Inglés avanzado en comunicación verbal. **Excluyente**.
