**Your impact**
Provide Dealer Developent market intelligence on distribution landscape & evolution;
Support strategic Dealer Management & brand governance with local data on markets;
Provide brands with brand-specific local data & provide Dlrs Brand feedback & overview.
Develop and Lead New Projects, Smart Coverage plan and Quality Programs.
Lead Dlrs projects & Facilities new image updates with an strategic overview
**Your experience and qualifications**
Manage & share customer, industry & competitor data ensuring data quality and availability.
Analyze market development, distribution and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DM
Consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Management
Implement new analytical tools and securing their efficient use in DM.
Coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standard process.
Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO‘s dealer network
Develop new programs and project to Dealer Management to Support the others business area
Experience to be a leader in new projects
Consolidated experience in Dealer Development Area in Agricultre or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry
Language skills (relevant English and Spanish)
Experience in project Manager and Roll out
