**The Work You'll Do**:
The Information Security Program Coordinator supports the implementation, coordination, and management of Sovos’s information security programs. This role works cross-functionally to strengthen the organization’s security posture, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive the success of security initiatives. Reporting to the Information Security Office, the role combines strategic planning, collaboration, and analytics to enhance organizational resilience and mitigate risk.
- More specifically, you will:_
- Facilitate the planning and execution of cross-functional security initiatives, including project scoping, communication planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with leadership to define security objectives, align them with business goals, and design processes to address risks effectively.
- Work with departments across the organization to identify opportunities for security improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT, compliance, and other teams to deliver insights on program performance, risk trends, and emerging threats.
- Conduct reporting and analytics on key performance indicators, such as compliance metrics, incident response, and program maturity.
- Use a data-driven approach to align security strategies with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices across technical and non-technical teams.

**What We Need From You**
- 2-5 years of experience in information security, IT, or program coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with GRC tools like RSA Archer (preferred).
- Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and deliver actionable insights with mínimal oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
