**Responsibilities**

Reviews all digital projects for functionality and useability. Final gatekeeper for all quality issues.
- Creates and maintains schedules for testing and records of all known issues (bug testing/tracking) for each digital projects. Ensures all issues must be acknowledged and addressed by relevant personnel.
- Responsible for prioritizing projects and managing workloads of QC personnel.
- Looks for ways to improve quality assurance process, reduce errors, facilitate communication between teams.
- Writes process documentation to support training, initiatives related to quality assurance as well as coaching inexperienced staff.
- Assists s with; misc. project management and execution as well as WRIKE & resource management

**Job Requirements**
- Test products across teams and communicate status to both technical and nontechnical

stakeholders.
- Work with distributed teams to track, manage, and escalate product and technical
- issues.
- Participate in planning test strategy and advocating better testing practices across our organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping an eye on project
- deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to think abstract and work with mínimal supervision

- **_ You _**have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
