- +5 years of experience in the role.
- Systems training.

- User stories with acceptance criteria.
- Data flow and decision diagrams.
- System change impact matrix.
- Data update and maintenance.

- Analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the Business Team in drafting user stories.
- Identify impact and dependencies of requirements on existing systems.
- Advise users on any system-related issues.
- Collaborate with the quality team in test execution, monitoring, and approval cycles.
