Misión del puesto

As a Microzones Lead, you will be in charge of selecting and developing new microzone expansion areas across the country.

For each one of the Microzones, you will need to execute the analysis, understanding and generation of solutions for the main identified pain points, all this while working hand in hand with your stakeholders from the different areas involved, such as: Growth, Sales, Post-sale and Operations to make things happen.

Roles y responsabilidades- You should continuously monitor your Microzones performance outcome, in order to come up with clear improvement plans, focused on three major key variables: densification, operational metrics and service metrics.- Weekly meetings with main stakeholders in order to improve each Microzone´s main pain points. Including: Operations team, Growth team, Hunting team, CCP/SOB team, CPGs/Ecomm team, Brand Expansion team.- Align requirements and needs from cross functional teams in order to: Achieve KPIs, Successfully execute new Mz implementations, Avoid duplicating tasks/efforts.

About you- Analytical and hands-on person- Ability to lead projects between different teams- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time- Sensitivity to prioritize tasks according to needs- Openness to being able to change course and priorities- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, in order to solve problems

**Qualifications**:
- Cross-functional operational and analytical experience- Presentation skills required- Operational knowledge: PBI, GSuite, Snowflake (nice to have).- Experience in a complex or high-growth environment required- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters Degree a plus
