**Talent Acquisition Lead para Argentina & Chile**

**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Coordinar y participar en eventos de reclutamiento, como ferias de empleo y presentaciones en universidades, para promover la marca empleadora y atraer a talentos potenciales.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas en el campo de la adquisición de talento y proponer mejoras en los procesos de reclutamiento de la organización.
- Supervisar y capacitar a un equipo de reclutadores, brindando orientación y apoyo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de contratación.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Experiência previa en reclutamiento y adquisición de talento, preferiblemente en un rol de liderazgo.
- Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento y selección.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples proyectos de reclutamiento al mismo tiempo.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para cumplir con los objetivos de contratación establecidos.
- Licenciatura en recursos humanos, psicología o un campo relacionado (deseable, pero no obligatorio).
