Tu desafío será diseñar y construir soluciones digitales para las distintas unidades de negocio dentro de la organización, en base a lo investigado en la etapa de research.

**Algunas responsabilidades del puesto**: Traducir ideas complejas de diferentes fuentes, en soluciones de diseños coherentes y claras que impacten, y se puedan ir validando en su crecimiento. Ser responsable de la implementación y seguimiento de las soluciones desarrolladas procurando la evolución de un roadmap de producto. Realizar propuestas de diseño innovadoras, velando por la experiência de usuario y de elaborar wireframes, mockups de baja y alta fidelidad. Realizar user testing una vez concluidos los desarrollos y análisis de impacto de la usabilidad en el producto basado en evidencias

ITSM Consulting incorporará a su equipo un/a “User Experience Analyst” para trabajar en proyectos digitales de una importante Empresa Multinacional Agroalimentaria.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en técnicas de User Research para generar y capturar insights de usuarios que permitan diseñar y mejorar el producto o solución (excluyente) Experiência en ciclos de UX con entrevistas a usuarios y User Research (excluyente) Experiência en user centricity mindset Experiência realizando diferentes pruebas de usabilidad con usuarios Deseables conocimientos en Customer Journeys, Card Sorting, Personas, A/B testing, Wireframes, Mockups y Técnicas de Prototipado Rápido Buen manejo de herramientas de prototipado y diseño (Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Mural, Miro) Inglés intermedio
