Cloud Engineering Tech Lead

**About The Opportunity**:
Netrix Global is hiring a **Cloud Engineering Technical Lead** to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be responsible for design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services provided by an organization.

You will coordinate technical leads in several projects. Ensures compliance with best practices and solution procedures. Leverages team development. Maintains confidentiality of information (NDA). Collaborates in estimating and design for new projects and potential opportunities.

**How You Will Make **An Impact**:

- Responsible for the correct follow-up of the project
- Ensures compliance with best practices, methodology and procedures
- Responsible for the onboarding of new members
- Provides guidance and leadership in non-routine tasks
- May directly supervise team members and participate in performance evaluations
- Contributes to hiring decisions during the interview process
- Reports to Manager on progress and deviations
- Design and implement infrastructure in support of Kubernetes in on-prem and cloud environments
- Deploy updates and fixes into a Kubernetes environment
- Provide operational technical support and guidance
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal deployment systems
- Collaboration with other support, engineering, and development teams to drive sustainable solutions
- Attend training sessions for clients who are considering or are already using AWS
- Help with troubleshooting during incidents or problems when required as an SME
- Provide advice regarding Well-Architected designs throughout the engagement

**What You Will Bring **To The Table***:

- Actively participates in the kick-off of the project together with the client
- Responsible for ensuring the design and technical architecture of the solution
- Stimulates good practices and quality standards
- Responsible for validating technical documentation deliverables
- Validates task assignments and estimates made in the different work sprints
- Analyzes and studies technology market trends, new technologies
- Proposes improvements. Participates in the selection of new talent
- Manages the technical team to solve problems or blocking tasks
- Actively participates in proof of concept, estimation and design for new solutions
- Accompanies the technical development of the teams
- Collaborates in setting challenging technical objectives
- Strong Experience deploying Kubernetes architectures and/or operation solutions based on cloud service providers with AWS
- Strong Enterprise experience maintaining, supporting, and deploying to production systems
- Experience working with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, etc.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitOps
- Experience working in Unix-like environments
- Knowledge of Python, Bash, Golang or other scripting language
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
- Experience working with networking environments, firewalls, policies, etc
- AWS Certification (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced English

**Location**
- Buenos Aires, Argentina (Zárate and any location nearby as primarly). Physical Work Environment: Will work primarily remote and at least 1 day at the client site per week. Travel expenses and lunches are included.

**Shift**
- 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
