**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and organize documents including sensitive personal information
- Perform filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and data entry projects
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation, like medical records, police reports and relevant files for the case.
- General administrative duties as required to meet business needs
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field; **Bachelor’s degree preferred.**
- **Licensed attorney**; please provide a copy of your valid attorney ID card.
- **Personal Injury Law is REQUIRED.** (_If no experience, please do not send apply_)
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role, **preferably personal injury law.**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Bilingual (Spanish)
