We are a U.S.based technology company seeking an experienced corporate lawyer or legal consultant in Argentina to finalize the formation of our SRL (Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada) entity based in Buenos Aires.

**Responsiblities**:
Finalizing Articles of Incorporation (bilingual)
Handling registration with IGJ, AFIP, and Boletín Oficial
Facilitating the temporary use of an address and acting under Power of Attorney
Advising on compliance with Parque Patricios Technology District incentives
Assisting with CUIT, CDI, tax registrations, and potential local hiring compliance
**Qualifications**:
Licensed attorney in Argentina with a corporate law focus
Proven experience registering SRLs for foreign clients
Fluent in Spanish and English
Located in or near Buenos Aires
Familiarity with the POA and apostille process
