We are currently seeking a talented QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for front-end and API testing.
- Perform regression testing to validate software releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts for both front-end and API testing.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance the overall testing process and test coverage.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging testing methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience testing Salesforce
- Minimum 1 year of experience testing API ( Postman, Swagger)
- Good knowledge in Quality Assurance Policies, Standards & Procedures
- Experience using test management tools like XRAY, TestRail, TestLink, HP ALM etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Advanced English level is a must.
