QA Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Perform QA testing for multiple products across platforms (app, web, mobile).
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using ClickUp and established automated testing suites.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability, usability, and performance considerations.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and software testing.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality control.
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and APIs.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB or similar certification is desirable but not required.
