**About the Role**

**Design**:

- Collaborate closely with other marketers and stakeholders to develop creative aids that align with product messaging & goals.
- Translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all visual designs are consistent with the brand identity and values.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design, technology, and industry developments to inform and inspire new design ideas and approaches.
- Be able to conceptualize brand features & solutions into creative stories and translate them into clean and crisp storyboards.
- Create 2D designs in line with the company’s brand and audience

**Video**:

- Video Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual representations to effectively communicate ideas.
- Video Production: Execute end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production tasks, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and overall production values.
- Motion Graphics and Animation: Integrate motion graphics and animation elements to enhance video content. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all video content, ensuring it aligns with our visual identity and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced skills in illustration, social media, print collateral, layouts, typography
- Expert skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
- Strong eye for great design, willing to take on new challenges, and eager to continue growing & testing new ideas
- Strong portfolio showcasing video design and editing skills.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools.
