WebCreek is hiring a Talent Sourcer Lead to join one of the world’s leading IT development firms. Your recruitment efforts will make you a true business partner, providing comprehensive relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness in client

What You’ll Do:

- Manage the onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide continued guidance, mentorship, and career development to team members
- Ensure that the sourcing team meets its weekly and monthly goals
- Have intimate knowledge of the requirements for open positions
- Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and that the team follows the proper processes
- Look for innovative strategies to improve the sourcing team's performance and results
- Ensure the weekly posting of our core positions and internship program on all the free job boards in each country
- Prepare and present a monthly report to the Talent Solutions Director
- Have checkpoint meetings with the sourcers to assess their progress
- Create new users and jobs in the applicant tracking system
- Update the internal documents each time a Sourcer joins or leaves the company
- Know how to use sourcing tools and technology
- Record activities in the tracker sheets
- Check that the CVs received meet the specifications of the position
- Schedule the initial interview with the interviewer in charge of the position
- Keep track of predefined sourcing metrics and provide reports on them

What You Should Have:

- **5+ years of experience utilizing recruitment tools for sourcing**
- **3+ years of leadership experience in guiding and mentoring recruitment teams**
- Experience leading diverse sourcing initiatives, using a various sourcing plan
- Experience in advanced talent search techniques and skills to get the most value from applicant tracking systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem-solver
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Competence in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar

**Salary**: $165,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
