The Opportunity: As a Talent Sourcer at LatamCent.com , you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and engaging prospects to meet our diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with our recruiting team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our company goals. What Youll Do: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and the latest sourcing methods to discover qualified candidates. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Track and analyze sourcing activities and results to refine approaches. Collaborate with the recruiting team and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and tailor sourcing plans accordingly. Must-Haves in a Candidate: 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting. Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques, job boards, social media, and other recruiting technologies. Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Advanced proficiency in English (C2/Native level). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Nice to Have: Familiarity with specific industry tools (please specify if any particular tools are used). Details: This is an hourly position between $4.50 - $7.50 an hour based on experience. You must be able to work 30+ hours a week during a 9-5am EST shift.
