We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Fraud Monitoring Analyst** to join our forward-thinking fintech team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fraudulent activity while ensuring the integrity of our virtual wallet systems. This position requires exceptional analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to help protect our platform and maintain customer trust.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyze, and prevent fraudulent activities in the use of virtual wallets
- Perform analysis of user registrations, transactions, and movements
- Address alerts within established timeframes and adhere to defined procedures
- Interact with users regarding documentation requests
- Record documentation and close received requests with sufficient and complete evidence
- Issue clear, objective, and well-founded reports on the validity or invalidity of the analyzed claims and alerts
- Ensure compliance with business KPIs
- Collaborate effectively and communicate efficiently with both technical and non-technical teams

**Requirements**:

- Over 6 months of experience in a support role or similar position
- Education in fields of study related to economic sciences, systems, or demonstrate qualifications to develop in the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of SQL at a basic/intermediate level
- Skills in Excel, including pivot tables
- Minimum English language level of B1

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to digital wallets
- Previous experience in the Fintech industry
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods
- Competency in Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of AI Ethics
