The global Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) Industries team is a key part of this strategy, focusing on Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mill Products & Mining, and Chemicals.
The mission of ENR Industries is to enhance customer lifetime value through efficient adoption of industry solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention worldwide.The ENR Industries practice is dedicated to being the trusted partner for customers adopting the Intelligent Enterprise, delivering excellence by supporting innovation and simplification across the enterprise—on-premise, in the cloud, or hybrid solutions—focused on industry-specific practices.As Head of the ENR Practice Unit, you will lead transformation initiatives and consulting delivery.
Reporting to the Global ENR Practice Head, you will manage a team delivering consulting services to SAP's customers across Spanish-speaking Latin America and Central America.QUALIFICATIONSRelevant degree and extensive experience in the ENR industriesDeep knowledge of SAP Services and internal processesProven leadership in managing teams and organizationsStrong analytical and conceptual skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage conflictsProactive, results-oriented team player with a can-do attitudeStrong business and commercial acumenExpertise in ENR Industry Solutions, Enterprise Asset Management, and SustainabilityExcellent communication and presentation skills in English and SpanishEXPECTATIONS AND TASKSProvide leadership and operational management of the ENR practice unitBe accountable for all P&L performance targetsEnsure appropriate service and skill mix aligned with strategyMake decisions and resolve issues related to delivery tasksBuild an engaged, skilled team and support career developmentWORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 8-10 years in Industry Consulting, with leadership experience preferredWe are SAPOur inclusion promiseSAP fosters an inclusive culture, prioritizing health, well-being, and flexible working.
