- Definición de Tiempos de Ciclo de manufactura de los SKUs.
- Participación en sesiones de Resolución de Problemas desde Causa Raíz.
- Participación en la confección de FMEAs de procesos de manufactura.
- Soporte en iniciativas de Excelencia Operacional, con principal foco en Trabajo Estandarizado, 5S y Performance Management.
