**Main Responsibilities:
1) Work from our CRM with a list of target Tour Operators and organize an agenda confirming meetings with these targeted audience.

2) Help and ensure that each partner has delivered the information requested by the Tour Operator and we are on top of what needs to be done next.

3) Event organizing - Help to organize focused events for each partner.

4) Trade shows - help to organize their agenda with potential and current clients during their

5) Visit in the UK to attend LATA Expo and WTM.

6) Help to organize FAM Trips

7) Weekly sales calls - Help to organize and join (where possible) our partners when they travel to the UK to do a round of sales calls.

8) Communication - Resend newsletters from our partners to the UK market.

9) Networking - Attend travel industry conferences, trade shows, and events to support these events.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:
1) Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

2) Strategic Thinking: Capable of providing high-level support in business strategy, decision-making, and problem-solving to assist the CEO.

3) Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

4) Business Development Acumen: Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies within the tourism sector.

5) Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

6) Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing comprehensive reports for business development initiatives.
