**MAIN LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation and filing of tax returns and reports in compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Review and analyze tax provisions and accruals for financial statements
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on tax implications of business transactions
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of progressive experience in tax or finance-related roles
- Strong knowledge of Argentinian tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
