IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will work with the IT Operations Department and you will oversee the IT assets of the company and will give assistance and support to the internal users, especially for those who reside in North America and other countries worldwide. You will be responsible for executing IT procedures properly, including asset management, troubleshooting, acquisition, logistics, distribution, configurations, software installation, support on site where it would necessary to move to some places like office at CDMX, etc. The IT Operations team work with the Cybersecurity team directly in order to ensure that IT policies and procedures follow the company's security policies or any regulatory requirements.

**For this position is expected to go to the offices a few days a month**

**Your impact**:

- Manage the IT Asset Lifecycle, ensuring on time delivery/recovery to new, active and inactive users
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees hardware requests and technical assistance, convey resolutions to customer issues and follow up.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Ticket resolution according to the established SLA's
- Maintain processes and procedures updated and documented

**Who you are**:

- 2+ years of experience in an IT Assets Mangement or Support environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve general technical issues
- Strong MacOS/iOS knowledge
- Strong customer skills and customer oriented.
- Experience with ticketing and remote control tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
