Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you'll join the team behind the development and implementation of our visual identity, a key element of our marketing and talent strategies. Working side by side with multidisciplinary internal teams, you’ll produce high-quality assets that convey our message and express our vision of creativity and excellence.
Your challenges and objectives
- Understand graphic design as a key component of our communication strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and contributing to identity guidelines.
- Proactively share knowledge to promote accuracy and consistency of visual materials within the entire organization.
- Build a strong professional point of view, based on solid knowledge of design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
- Bring value to the team by taking an active role in its growth.

Your day-to-day activities
- Propose and adapt a wide range of layouts for editorial material, such as ebooks, presentations, documents, brochures, magazine articles, and more.
- Initiate and establish a clear creative direction for different projects, generating varied proposals to achieve the best outcome.
- Conduct briefing meetings with a variety of stakeholders and contribute to design reviews, proactively asking for feedback and capitalizing it.
- Ensure brand consistency by standardizing visual assets.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow designers, content strategists, product managers, product engineers, researchers, and other partners.
- Work closely with Branding leadership to implement our brand strategy and drive efforts to develop our brand system.

About you
- Experience in brand design, design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
- Strong portfolio, with varied types of projects (editorial and advertising projects preferred).
- Knowledge of current design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator), Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint), and Google Suite.
- Ability to interpret and visualize ideas from stakeholders, articulating complex visions through simple and sophisticated designs.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Curious and eager to test new ideas and innovate.
- Good English skills.
