**ZS’s Platform Development** team is at the forefront of transforming the clinical trials landscape through cutting-edge SaaS solutions. **ZS Trials.ai** is a solution dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of the industry by digitizing, automating, and enhancing intelligence in clinical studies, ultimately accelerating the delivery of new treatments to market. We are on the brink of significant growth, united by a shared mission to expedite effective treatments to patients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop exceptional, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions
- Set standards for code quality, security, and scalability
- Influence technical decisions
- Deliver high-quality products
- Collaborate across teams
- Mentor junior engineers

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and testable code in production environments.
- Solid understanding of core computer science principles, including networking, data structures, algorithms, asynchronous programming, web security, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks like Angular.
- Experience with software design patterns, debugging, performance optimization, and tools like bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Innovative problem-solver, capable of analyzing and addressing complex frontend challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, building alignment and shared understanding.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
