Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Manager, FP&A. **We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and have further expansion planned in the near future. **This is a remote role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.**

As the **Manager, FP&A**, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and be able to help us drive informed decision making and achieve overall financial objectives. On a company wide level we hope you can help to support Elder Care Homecare’s growth, mission, and goals of Growing Stronger Together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial reporting and forecasting in relation to company goals and financial targets
- Expense management tracking
- Payroll support experience
- Company Payables process and execution
- Creation and oversight of budget
- Creation and maintaining of company KPI dashboards
- Calculating and paying sales commissions
- Assisting with Insurance as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on FP&A
- Previous experience working for a US-based organization
- Previous experience working in the healthcare or homecare industry
- Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills
- Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
